CONTROLLED SAFETY

Safety is priority. We keep records of origin from each batch of our products without a gap, even down to our farmers.

Since 1998 we belong to the system of origin safety ORGAINVENT. We are being controlled regularly by independant supervisors.
Since 2002 we receive the QS-label for active consumer protection.
We commit ourselves to the strict norms of HACCP concept for controlled hygiene.
We were sucessfully given the certificate for beef labelling. Since 2011 we are fully IFS Food certified.

HYGIENE CONCEPT

Nobody can enter our factory without passing the extensive, modern hygiene posting. That way we ensure maximum hygiene.

COOLING CHAIN

For us freshness is top priority: With the help of our modern delivery and transport technics- also beyond our production lines_the temperature of our meat never pases the regulated 7 degrees maximum temperature. That way we guarantee that the cooling chain to our clients is never interrupted.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

Evevry peice of meat is unique and has run through a number of production processes. We ensure that each piece of meat is tracable from its origin without a gap.

CONTROLLED GOODS RECEIPT

The delivered carcasses are being consequently controlled by QS; IFS and HACCP. All results are recorded. All this applies to the delivery vehicules, the organoleptic and visual control of the product, including acid and temperature check. Certified external laboratories take micro biological random checks on our meat by skin stanza and copy tests (= Abklatschprobe).
