Efficient cold storage for up to 150 tons of meat guarantees the perfect cooling. At Schröders Fleisch GmbH we consider environmemtal protection highly important.

NORMED TRANSPORT SYSTEM

All our products arrive on EURO-hooks and are taken over into our factory.

 

FRESH MEAT COOLING

In our vast cold storage the meat is intermediatly stored until production and has time to mature.

PROFESSIONAL MEAT CUTTING

The meat is cut up and batchwise assorted by experienced and professional butchers.

INHOUSE -LOGISTICS

Intelligent conveyance technis transport the freshly processed meat quickly to the vaccum and labelling point.

 

VACUUM PACKING

The meat is vacuum sealed and packed eco-friendly.

VACUUM COLD STORAGE
