Our automized presslines generate energy efficient vacuum for all our products. For us it is important to ensure a long storage life without wasting too much plastic film.

Our plastic transport boxes are in hygienic recycling system. We daily ensure the strict norms of the HACCP-concept for controlled hygiene. Our hygiene posting concept is an important component for this.

What started up as butchers in the village of Hochdahl, is now the European Schröders Fleisch GmbH, gueranteeing perfectly cut quality meat from Germany.
